Please arrive at Tizoli VBP at least 5-10 minutes prior to your treatment and allow further time for travel and parking. Your spa treatments at Tizoli VBP are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Large bookings require advance payments and cancellation notice is set at 72 hours. Cancellations under 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of your scheduled treatment. Clients who miss their appointment without prior notice will be charged in full for the scheduled treatment. If you are late we reserve the right to shorten your treatment and you will be charged for the treatment you booked not the shortened service. If you are late and do not have enough time to perform any treatment due to timing, you will be charged in full.
