All cancellations must be notified in writing to Rogers Hospitality Operations Ltd. If Rogers Hospitality Operations Ltd is informed of the event being cancelled, in part or completely, the confirmation deposit already paid* will be forfeited (not refunded) or partly by Rogers Hospitality Operations Ltd to the Client.
Billing inclusive of all applicable taxes
Should the deposits received be insufficient to meet the cancellation fee amount, the client is liable to pay to Rogers Hospitality Operations Ltd the balance.
Rogers Hospitality Operations Ltd reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of non-payment of deposits as per the payment schedule.
All deposit payments need to be made in favour of “Rogers Hospitality Operations Ltd “.
Neither party shall have the right to terminate their obligations under the letter of agreement.
