• All clients are required to fill out a health history form before the massage session to inform the therapist of any medical conditions or concerns.
• Clients must arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate other clients.
• Rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
• The massage therapist is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings during the massage session.
• The massage therapist will maintain client confidentiality and will not disclose any personal or health information without the client's explicit consent.
