1. 1. TERMS OF PAYMENTS

• Membership Fees:
  • Rs 500 per month for 1-year membership
  • Rs 700 per month for 6-month membership
  • Rs 1,000 per month for one-off monthly membership


• Payment Methods: MCB Juice or card at the concierge.


• Installment Options:
  • 1-year membership: 3 monthly installments
  • 6-month membership: 2 monthly installments


• Effective Date: Membership starts upon payment and ends at the end of the chosen subscription period.


• Refund Policy: All fees paid are non-refundable.

2. 2. MEMBERSHIP RULES

• Membership is non-transferable.
• Only the registered member may access the gym. Do not share access with others.

3. 3. TERMINATION

You may cancel your membership at any time by providing one month’s written notice to [email protected].

4. 4. DATA PROTECTION

We value your privacy and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Protection Act 2017, as may be amended.

5. 5. GYM RULES

• Opening hours: 24/7 (Fingerprint access will be set up upon payment)
• Bring your own towel
• Water dispenser is available
• Clean machines with provided spray after use
• Sportswear is required
• Limit use of machines to 30 minutes due to limited availability

6. 6. Disclaimer

The member agrees and acknowledges that the Gym and its employees shall have no liability for any injury, illness or death that occurs to the client or loss of personal effects in the premises. The member uses the Gym facility at his own risk. Upon submission of this form, the Client shall be deemed to have read and approved the disclaimer
